Jenny Von Jenny Wellness was born from a journey of transformation.
From a fast-paced corporate work life to a life guided by mindfulness, movement, and meaning. Jenny rediscovered her balance through yoga and reconnecting with the carefree, curious spirit she once knew and encourages others to do the same through yoga and wellness practices.
As a long-time yoga practitioner, Jenny took a leap of faith and decided to follow her passion full steam ahead. In October 2025, she traveled 10,000 miles away from home in Lake St. Louis, Missouri to Bali, Indonesia to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at ULU Yoga and become a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
The name Jenny Von Jenny holds special meaning: in German, “von” means “of” or “from.” It symbolizes returning to one’s origin, to the most authentic, balanced version of self, and serves as a reminder that who we truly are has always been within us.
Guided by a lifelong love of travel, exploration, and connection, Jenny brings curiosity, compassion, and joy to everything she creates. Her natural optimism, lovingly called “Jenergy”, reflects her belief that positive energy attracts positive outcomes, both on and off the yoga mat.
Through yoga and holistic wellness experiences, Jenny Von Jenny Wellness invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover your own sense of balance.
